Sylvester Stallone has officially sold his memorabilia-filled Los Angeles estate for nearly half of its initial asking price, a little over a year after listing it for a staggering $110 million. The expansive 21,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion is situated in an ultra-exclusive, guard-gated community, offering the utmost privacy and luxury.
Stallone, now 75, and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, 53, have owned the property since 1998 through a trust. County records reveal that they originally purchased the estate for approximately $23.5 million. The couple first listed the lavish home on the market in January 2021 with an ambitious price tag of $110 million. However, as the months passed, the listing underwent significant price reductions. By May, the asking price had dropped to $85 million, and in October, it was lowered once more to $80 million before finally selling at a substantially reduced price.

While the identity of the buyer has not been officially confirmed, reports strongly suggest that British singer Adele is the new owner of the prestigious residence. If Adele is indeed the buyer, she may opt to personalize the home by modifying some of Stallone’s distinctive decor choices. The property features several tributes to his legendary “Rocky” film franchise, including artworks and sculptures, one of which overlooks the infinity pool. Additionally, the estate contains various pieces of movie memorabilia that reflect the actor’s illustrious career.
Nestled at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac and shielded by secure gates, the sprawling 3.5-acre compound is anchored by a six-bedroom main house. The residence boasts an array of opulent features, including a grand two-story foyer, a state-of-the-art screening room, a fully equipped gym, and a sophisticated cigar lounge. Every room in the house offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline and surrounding canyons, making it a truly remarkable living space.

Beyond the main house, the estate includes additional luxurious amenities. A two-bedroom guesthouse, masterfully designed by renowned architect Richard Landry, provides a private retreat for visitors. The meticulously landscaped grounds feature lush lawns, expansive patios, a putting green, and a striking infinity pool accompanied by a spa. Additionally, the estate includes an eight-car garage and a dedicated art studio, catering to creative pursuits.
The property’s listing was managed by a team of high-profile real estate agents, including Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty, Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, and Tomer Fridman of Compass. The buyer’s representation was handled by Kurt Rappaport, who worked alongside T. Lee Montgomery of Keller Williams Hollywood Hills.
With its unparalleled privacy, stunning architecture, and luxurious amenities, this Los Angeles estate represents one of the most exclusive properties in the area. Whether or not Adele is the new owner, the buyer has undoubtedly secured an extraordinary home at a remarkable price.
